Super User (1) Acceptance of Orders All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted with out this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. (2) Payments (a) You may complete your order through paypal. (b) You may settle your order over the telephone, 01642 271541. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta. Credit Cards will be charged at 2.25% on telephone payments. (c) You may e-mail us your name, telephone number and a list of what you would like to order, we will then call you back to arrange. (important: do not e-mail us your credit card details). (3) Shipping and Carriage We only deliver to the UK. Items can take a couple of days to be dispatched relative to available stock. If we do not have an item in stock, we will not state this as we order stock as and when needed. Deliveries subject to availability from our suppliers, if items are on back order and will have delays in delivery, we will notify you. (4) Return and Refunds If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/s please contact us within 48 hours. Goods returned must be in their original packaging an in an unused condition. The refund would be arranged within 30 days after we have received the goods and subject to inspection as to there suitability for resale. (4) Cancellations Cancellations must be made before your purchase is sent for delivery from our depot, if the item is in transit to the customers address the customer must follow our returns policy when the item arrives. (5) Confidentiality We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We never supply mailing information to third parties.
